Dr. Lichon made me feel at ease and explained the steps along the way for the procedure. She answered my questions and I felt very comfortable. Her assistant was very personable and was right by my side as the procedure was beginning. It was a positive and professional experience.

Dr Shedd is kind and very cheerful. She helps ease anxieties of the visit. She She is very thorough during annual exam. She listens, is attentive to your needs, explains issues and gives options to solutions. Appointment time was prompt. I waited about five minutes in waiting room and about five minutes in exam room to be seen. I checked in the day before via email link, which took about ten minutes to complete, but was very easy. Check out was also very easy. Was given scripts, and made next appointment with check out receptionist. Wish all doctors had same setup!
