He completed his undergraduate studies at Liberty University, followed by medical school at the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine (VCOM) in Blacksburg, VA. He then completed his four-year residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Johnson moved to Sarasota with his wife, Sophia, and their two cats. Outside of work, he enjoys taking full advantage of Sarasota's beautiful beaches, pursuing his passion for painting, and spending time on the golf course.
